- On your phone: in the app, open your activity, tap Share then “Copy link”, and paste it into the Strava field above.
- Tap “Download the GPX” (sign in to strava.com if asked), then upload the downloaded file.
- On a computer: open your activity on strava.com, click the three dots “…” on the left, then “Export GPX”.
- Open your tour on komoot.com.
- Click the three dots “…”, then “Download GPX file”.
- Confirm “Download”: the file downloads.

Does my GPX contain personal data?
Your file is only used to make your piece: the route and, if you keep them, the date, time, distance and elevation gain engraved under the base.
What if my route goes outside the frame?
The frame places itself; you adjust it in the 3D preview.
Can I change the engraving?
Yes, everything can be changed before you pay.
When will I receive it?
Each piece is made for you: home delivery within 7 working days at most in Switzerland, a few days more to Europe.
