By paying, you accept these terms.

1. Seller

2. Order

Each piece is made one by one to your choices, which you see in 3D before paying. The order is binding once paid: you receive an order number and a receipt. Details finer than 0.2 mm are not reproduced, and colours may differ slightly from the screen. We may refuse an unlawful or offensive engraving and refund the order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices in CHF, all included. Delivery: Switzerland and Liechtenstein free; Europe 15.– CHF. Promotions work with a code, valid only for the stated period. One discount code per order; a gift voucher can be added. Secure payment with Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT).

4. Delivery

In Switzerland, at your door within 7 working days; a few days more to Europe. A piece damaged in transit is remade and sent again free of charge.

5. Returns and warranty

A made-to-order piece cannot be returned or exchanged: there is no right of withdrawal (Swiss law; for the EU, Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). A mistake? Write to us quickly: as long as production has not started, we correct or refund. A defect? Send us a photo within 14 days: we remake the piece or refund you. Statutory warranty rights remain reserved.

6. Gift voucher

Valid for one year from purchase, for a single order. It covers one piece in the chosen size, delivery in Switzerland included; for a larger size or delivery outside Switzerland, you pay the difference. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance is not refunded.

7. Your data

Your name, address, e-mail and payment stay with Stripe (Ireland): our site keeps no copy. E-mails go through Infomaniak (Switzerland); the server is in Germany (Contabo), and its logs are deleted after 14 days. Two technical cookies (the session, and the link you arrived from, kept for 7 days) and anonymous visit counters. If you accept ("Cookies" link at the bottom of the page), the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland) measures the effect of our ads: pages viewed, start of checkout and amount, without your name or e-mail. Map and fonts come from swisstopo, Google Fonts and unpkg. Orders are kept for 10 years (accounting). Controller: the seller (Swiss FADP, GDPR). To access, correct or delete your data, write to us. Supervisory authority: the FDPIC.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law, excluding the Vienna Convention. Place of jurisdiction at the seller's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
