Montreux Trail MXTREME in relief
Bex → Montreux · 102 km · 7'000 m D+
The 102 km and 7,000 m of climbing of the Montreux Trail MXTREME as a relief, across the Vaud Pre-Alps to Montreux.
The MXTREME is the longest distance of the Montreux Trail, running through the Vaud Pre-Alps above Lake Geneva. The relief brings out the big climbs, including the Rochers-de-Naye, the landmark summit above Montreux, and the Pic Chaussy, the high point of the course at 2,298 m. In between, you can follow the Hongrin valley, Lac Lioson and the pastures of the Pays-d’Enhaut and the Ormonts. The piece also shows the final descent to the Montreux lakefront. Raced in July.
The relief comes from swisstopo elevation data, accurate to the metre; the race line is drawn on top. On the front band of the base we engrave your name and your time; underneath, the race, the date, the distance and the elevation gain. 12 × 12 or 18 × 18 cm, made to order in 7 working days, free delivery in Switzerland.
