Swissalpine Flims-Laax K42 in relief
Flims · 42 km · 2'609 m D+
The Swissalpine Flims-Laax K42 in relief: 42 km and around 2,500 m of climbing on a loop from Flims, up to the Cassons.
The K42 starts in Flims, crosses the Flimserwald forest and its turquoise lakes, then climbs via Naraus to the Segnesboden, facing the Tschingelhörner and the Martinsloch, on the edge of the Sardona Tectonic Arena. The high point, at around 2,700 m, reaches the Cassons before the long descent back to Flims. The piece shows the whole loop: the forest, the wide Segnesboden plateau and the ridges above it.
The relief comes from swisstopo elevation data, accurate to the metre; the race line is drawn on top. On the front band of the base we engrave your name and your time; underneath, the race, the date, the distance and the elevation gain. 12 × 12 or 18 × 18 cm, made to order in 7 working days, free delivery in Switzerland.
