The 57 km of the Trail des Dents-du-Midi as a relief, the full circuit of the massif from Champéry.
The DDM 57 course, “The Original”, makes a complete circuit of the Dents-du-Midi, the massif towering over the Valais Chablais. The relief shows the whole loop: via Vérossaz on the Rhône plain side, then up to the lake and dam at Salanfe beneath the Haute Cime. The way back to Champéry runs through the Val d’Illiez once the massif’s seven summits have been circled. On the piece, the Dents-du-Midi sit in the centre with the route wrapped around them. Raced in September.
