The X-Traversée course starts in La Fouly in the Val Ferret and follows the second half of the X-Alpine to Verbier, without the Champex and Orny section. The relief first shows the Fenêtre lakes and the pass of the same name, the first of five passes, then a short stretch in Italy and the Great St Bernard Pass. A string of passes and balcony trails leads to Panossière, with its glacier and suspension bridge beneath the Grand Combin, before a final steep climb and the descent into Verbier. Raced in July.
