Eiger Ultra Trail E101 in relief
Grindelwald · 101 km · 6'700 m D+
The 101 km and 6,700 m of climbing of the Eiger Ultra Trail E101 as a relief, a full loop around Grindelwald.
The E101 course leaves Grindelwald in the middle of the night and returns after a complete tour of the Jungfrau region. The relief shows the opening climb to Grosse Scheidegg, then First, the Bachalpsee and the Faulhorn, before the descent via Schynige Platte to Burglauenen. The second half climbs to Wengen, the Männlichen and Kleine Scheidegg, runs along the foot of the Eiger North Face and heads home via Pfingstegg. It is the only distance that links both sides of the valley; the race is held in July.
The relief comes from swisstopo elevation data, accurate to the metre; the race line is drawn on top. On the front band of the base we engrave your name and your time; underneath, the race, the date, the distance and the elevation gain. 12 × 12 or 18 × 18 cm, made to order in 7 working days, free delivery in Switzerland.
